At Springwell Lincolnshire, we believe that a strong partnership between our academies and our parents and carers is fundamental to our students’ success. We understand that parenting can be a rewarding yet challenging journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Our commitment is to work collaboratively with you, creating a consistent and supportive network around your child to help them thrive both academically and personally.

This page is your dedicated resource for finding the support, information, and guidance you need.

Our Commitment to Working Together

We recognise you are the expert on your child. Our dedicated staff are committed to building a strong and positive relationship with you based on trust and open communication. We operate an ‘open door’ policy and encourage you to get in touch with us whenever you have a question, concern, or a success to share.

Key Contacts at Your Academy

The first point of contact for any questions or concerns about your child’s progress, wellbeing, or behaviour is their class teaching team or the PPST at their academy. They will work closely with you to address any issues and celebrate achievements.

We offer a variety of resources and opportunities to support our parents and carers:

Regular Communication

  • Structured Conversations: We hold regular meetings to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate their achievements, and collaboratively set future goals.
  • Keeping You Informed: You will receive regular updates from the academy through newsletters, emails, and our website, ensuring you are always aware of important news and upcoming events.
  • Immediate Contact: We will always contact you to share positive news and will also get in touch promptly to discuss any challenges your child may be facing.
