Springwell Learning Community Lincolnshire is a collaborative network of four Alternative Academies located across Lincolnshire: in Lincoln, Grantham, Mablethorpe and Spalding. Part of the Wellspring Academy Trust, our core mission is to provide high-quality, bespoke education and a nurturing environment for young people who are unable to remain in mainstream schooling due to various reasons, including permanent exclusion or referral via behavioural inclusion programs.
Dedicated to second chances and a culture of support, Springwell Lincolnshire aims to empower its pupils to develop and thrive, focusing on both academic and personal growth. We emphasise individualised learning experiences, preparing students for successful transitions into mainstream education, special schools, or post-16 opportunities. The community is committed to professional development for staff, ensuring a skilled and dedicated team focused on the well-being and success of every child.
